The QRWN has seven regions throughout Queensland. Each region has a Regional Director who's elected from the membership. Regional Directors automatically become members of the QRWN Management Committee. Contact details for QRWN's current Regional Directors are listed below:

The approximate area covered by each of the QRWN's seven state regions is shown on the map at right. Each region is under the control of a single Regional Director who's elected by the members of their region each year. All Regional Directors sit on the QRWN's Management Committee along with the Executive. They have a direct say in both the day-to-day running of the organisation and its overall direction. There's no limit to the number of branches that may operate in any QRWN region, however, and some Regions have multiple branches while others - at the present time - have none (eg: the Central region).
