it out, fill it in and return it to the address shown on the form.
Membership runs from one fiscal year to the next (ie July 1st to June 30th).
In general, membership applications are processed in order or receipt and
confirmation of membership will be made by email if you include your email
address. Otherwise they'll be made by post.
