Conference Forms

The 2010 QRWN State Conference will be a very large event, and in order to organise it correctly we ask all participants to complete simple forms for us. The forms that apply to the 2010 Conference will all be available here shortly as Adobe PDF files (just print them off, fill them in and return them to our offices).

2010 Conference Registration Forms
Everyone who attends the 2010 State Conference needs to be registered. You can obtain a 2010 QRWN State Conference registration form below in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word format:

2010 Trade Displays
Trade Displays are a very popular feature of our annual State Conference and any registered attendee is welcome to mount a display at the event for a nominal extra fee. The Trade Display registration form (below) also contains the guidelines that apply to trade displays:

2010 Cafe Marketplace Gallery Displays
The Cafe Marketplace is a live gallery where artists are able to display their artworks and (if they like) sell them too. Artists who exhibit at the Cafe Gallery need to register for the Conference and comply with some simple guidelines, but there are bonuses for doing so! (for example, free meals and entertainment). You can obtain a Cafe Gallery registration form and the guidelines that apply to it below:

2010 Cultural Competitions Entry Forms
Another very popular highlight of every Annual Conference are our Cultural Competitions. Entry to any of the competitions is very low cost and they all offer great prizes. Each of the forms below contain the guidelines that apply to each individual Cultural Competition along with an entry form for that particular competition:

2010 Workshop Presenters
Many people will be making workshop presentations at the 2010 Conference, and in order to keep track of them all in an orderly way we ask all our Workshop Presenters to complete a simple registration form so we can collect their details and properly publicise their event:
